Guardian Pressure Washing is hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position with high earning potential and full training provided.

As a Sales Representative, you'll sell our exterior cleaning services, such as pressure washing and window cleaning, to both residential and commercial clients. You'll go door to door, cold call local businesses, and help secure recurring commercial contracts. Once you close a deal, our service technicians handle the work.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in local neighborhoods to generate residential leads
• Cold call businesses to offer ongoing cleaning services
• Provide quotes and schedule services using our system
• Build relationships with property managers and business owners
• Represent Guardian Pressure Washing in a professional and friendly way

Compensation

• Earn 18% commission on every job sold
