Guardian Pressure Washing is hiring a Crew Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead a team and perform exterior cleaning services at homes and businesses, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and roof cleaning.
A background in manual labor is preferred but not required. We provide full training, all equipment, and step-by-step systems to help you succeed. If you’re punctual, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers
- Perform exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment on-site
- Lead a crew and delegate tasks
- Drive a company-provided truck between job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
- Tow a trailer
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work at heights
Compensation
- You will be paid a commission on each job you complete
- The faster you work, the higher your hourly rate
- Make up to $400 per day
