Guardian Pressure Washing is hiring a dependable and hard-working Crew Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead a team and perform exterior cleaning services at homes and businesses, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and roof cleaning.

Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties
- Operate equipment safely and follow proper cleaning procedures
- Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
- Troubleshoot equipment on-site
- Drive between job sites
- Communicate with customers
- Delegate tasks to team members
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be willing to work at heights
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
- You will be paid a commission on each job you complete
